Manufacturing process of Brass Terminals
First manufacturers buy brass strips, which is received in bright condition. Then workers processed on them in the stamping line to make chain terminals. During this stamping stage, these strips are sprayed with branded anti-rust oil. These chain terminals are inspected then after and wound on the reel. Then these products are coating with tin or nickel as per the requirement of customer. The coated material thickness will be 1 to 2 microns. These tin/nickel coating process includes : First preserving it and rinse it with cold water. Use this material for coating on brass terminals block product in first round and rinse it with cold water. Done the same coating process in second round and rinse it with cold water. Spray air on them and wait till they dried. Then wind these products into reels.
Problems with uncoated brass terminals
The surface is getting dimmed in short period of 1 to 3 months from the date of manufacture. In rainy and winter seasons, this problem is become more acute. Because of these reasons, customers may complain about brightness.
Terminal Blocks
Any special non ferrous material grade, free cutting brass IS 319 Type I or as per RoHS directive – any of this material is used to make this product. It is used for electrical connector, MCB & PCB switch.
Terminals
Potential terminal, current terminal, earthing block terminal, meter screw, etc. products are come under this category. Apart from standard terminal size, we manufacture custom size products as per customer requirement.
